Lumos Disability Services was born out of a desire to create real change in the lives of people living with disabilities. With over a decade of experience in the disability sector, our founders saw an opportunity to improve the way support services are delivered. They recognised that too often, care lacked personalisation and accessibility, leaving individuals feeling unheard.
